Return within 30 days

You can return your order within 30 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How to return an item?

Please let us know why you are returning the item — either by email to info@kadoinhuis.nl or a note in the package. This way, we can continue to improve our service! 😊

Products must, where reasonably possible, be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product.

Return costs

After registering your return, we will send you a return label. The cost of this return label is €4.95. Witin the Netherlands. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the returned items.

Pack the items carefully and use the return label to send the shipment back to us.

How quickly will you get your money back?

Once the return has been received and processed at this address, we will refund the amount due within 5 business days using the same payment method with which the order was placed.
