Spek Amsterdam Snippers DIY Rum Royale
With this DIY Snippers Rum Royale from Spek Amsterdam, you will have made your own Rum within a few weeks. A really nice gift if you don't want to give another bottle of wine. This luxury version has a silver label that is hand-numbered. The wood chips in the bottle are shavings from used rum barrels. The shavings add flavour to the rum when the drink is ready.
Add your own clear liqueur such as Vodka or Dry Gin. Make sure the drink contains at least 30% alcohol. Leave the bottle in a cool dark place for 8 weeks. And shake regularly. Filter the Rum through a fine sieve and your liqueur is ready.
