Can I return my items?

Of course! You can return your order within 30 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please let us know via email ([email protected]) why you are returning the product, or include a note with the return package. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?

Unfortunately, yes. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. We are not yet big enough to cover these costs.

How quickly is a return processed?

Usually within 5 working days after you have sent it. We will keep you informed via email! Once the return is processed, we will refund you as soon as possible.
